Grilling or Broiling with Ruby Red Rub:

When seasoning steaks or chops for grilling or broiling, lightly coat steaks, chops, or roast with olive oil, then apply a liberal coat of RUBY RED RUB to entire surface of the meat.

A slice of fresh garlic and some butter on top… why not!

Allow meat to stand about 30 minutes at room temperature before cooking.
